SILVER SCREEN FOUNDATION, Inc,
a non-profit organization established in May 2016 celebrates and encourages the work of independent short filmmakers from all over the world who offer honest, exciting and thought provoking portrayals of our world.

After successfully running our Monthly Short Film Festival- Silver Screen for Short Film "SSSF" for three years (since May 2016),
we decided to expand and include independent cinema
for Short, Feature, Documentary & Animation films.

Films have the power to connect people through empathy.
At SSI FILM FESTIVAL, we are looking for the stories that stay with the audience after leaving the cinema, that challenges the way we think and feel about the world around us.
Our aim is to promote the filmmakers by providing a platform for their work and recognizing their efforts with awards in a wide range of categories.
The festival will welcome filmmakers and cinema-fans from around the world.
At this international event, we have created a varied festival program for you which will provide plenty of opportunities to meet fellow filmmakers.
Besides the Film Screening, we will host Workshops for Actors, Writers & Filmmakers where everyone can exchange ideas and share their knowledge
on the art of filmmaking.
